Subprocessors

These are the companies that process personal information on our behalf to run Solidly. Each one processes only on our instructions and only to provide its service. This page supports our Privacy Policy; read that first for what is collected and why.

The list is deliberately short. Anything not on it, we either do ourselves or do not do at all.

Always involved

  • Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, the account database, and release downloads. It handles anything sent to solidly.dev or app.solidly.dev, including account records and sessions. United States and global edge network.
  • WorkOS provides authentication. It holds passwords, reset tokens, email verification codes and multi-factor settings, and verifies sign-ins with Google and Apple. We never receive your password. United States.
  • Stripe processes payments as merchant of record. It handles your payment details, calculates and remits tax, and issues receipts. We never see your card number. United States and worldwide.

Involved only with your permission

  • Sentry provides crash reporting. It receives crash reports only if you have given permission. United States.
  • PostHog provides product analytics. It receives usage events only if you have given permission, with your IP address replaced before sending and no profile created. United States.

Involved only for Mac App Store purchases

  • Apple handles distribution and payment for Mac App Store purchases. Apple is the seller for those, and its own privacy policy governs the transaction. We receive no payment details from it.

Email

  • Our email provider receives what you send to our contact address. It handles email addresses and message contents.

Changes to this list

If we add or replace a subprocessor that handles personal information, we will update this page. If you have a Solidly account and the change is significant, we will also tell you by email. To be notified of any change here, write to support@getadversaria.com and ask.
